Once approved, you can send a $300 waiting list fee to reserve a spot! Waiting List fees are fully refundable (will be refunded within 180 days)
Once a litter is born, I can then make you aware, based off the order you are in.

You can then place a $500-$1000 nonrefundable deposit on a puppy once they hit 4wks of age. At the time of the deposit being placed, I must receive a copy of the deposit agreement at the same time.

If you’re interested in breeding, please make me aware in advance. 9 out of 10 of my babies are pet only, and I would need to confirm if I will allow any babies in any particular litter to go with breeding rights.

Most male puppies are priced at 2500 and up, and most female puppies are priced at 3500 and up. Puppies being sold with AKC breeding rights are sold at 6500 and go up from there. If you have a certain price range in mind, please make me aware in advance. I do not want you to reserve a puppy from a certain litter, only to find out the prices of those pups will be significantly higher than you were anticipating.

Deposits will reserve a specific puppy. You can change your deposit to another litter or puppy, as long as the puppy you have reserved is less than 8wks old. If you decide you do not want the puppy in question after they hit 8wks old, you are acknowledging that you are forfeiting that deposit and will need to place another deposit for another puppy.

What if you are not able to get the puppy you reserved and the puppy is still less than 8 weeks old? The deposit is then transferred to another litter. The deposit/holding fee is non-refundable, only transferrable at that point.  You will have 1 year from the time of cancellation to pick out another puppy. You will have a minimum of 3 other litters to choose from over that year.

We can NOT guarantee puppies will have a certain physical feature, will be a certain weight full grown, will be a certain color as an adult, will have a certain built, and many other physical feature. If you are looking for something specific, your best bet is to wait until the puppies are over 6-8 weeks old and to place a deposit then to reserve a puppy that is not reserved. If you choose to wait until they are older, please note someone else may end up reserving a puppy you may later be interested in if the puppy becomes available when they are younger. For example, a litter can be opened for reservation at 4wks old. You may be 1st on the waiting list for a girl. I let you know and you decide you want to wait until they are older to see if you are interested. I will then go next on the list to see if they are interested in reserving a puppy. That next person may decide to pick out a puppy to purchase. That means that puppy will be reserved and you would have to pick out a puppy that is still available. You will not be able to say you want the one that is already reserved. Your chose will be to wait for another litter or pick out what is available.

Waiting List fees are fully refundable (will be refunded within 180 days at time of request). Just let me know you decided to back out. No questions asked, within 180 days, you will be refunded through zelle, cashapp, venmo, or paypal.

    1. Purpose of Waiting List

    Buyer wishes to be placed on Breeder's waiting list for a future puppy. This Agreement reserves a position on the waiting list only and does not reserve a specific puppy or litter.

    2. Waiting List Fee
    a) Buyer agrees to pay a refundable Waiting List Fee of $300.00 to secure a spot on the waiting list.
    b) The Waiting List Fee reserves one (1) spot on the waiting list.
    c) Waiting list positions are assigned strictly in order of when the Waiting List Fee is received by Breeder. First paid, first contacted.
    3. Refund Policy for Waiting List Fee
    The Waiting List Fee is fully refundable up to 180 days after Buyer notifies Breeder in writing of cancellation. To cancel, Buyer must send written notice via email. The 180-day refund period begins on the date Breeder receives the cancellation notice. If no cancellation is requested, the fee remains active and will be applied as described in Section 6.

    4. Puppy Matching and Notification Process

    a) Buyer desires a puppy with the following preferences (preferences are not guaranteed):

    b) When a litter is born that Breeder believes may include puppies matching Buyer's general preferences, Breeder will notify Buyer when the puppies are approximately 2 weeks old.
    c) Buyer will be allowed to reserve a specific available puppy once the litter is approximately 4 weeks old, in order of the waiting list.
    d) Note Regarding Smaller Puppies: Buyer acknowledges that tinier / smaller-than-average puppies may require additional time with Breeder for health, growth, and evaluation before becoming officially available for reservation. Availability timelines for such puppies may be extended at Breeder's sole discretion.

    5. Breeder's Right to Hold Back
    Breeder reserves the right, at Breeder's sole discretion, to hold back any puppy from any litter for Breeder's own program, including for show, breeding, or personal companionship. Buyer understands that such hold-backs may affect availability and waiting list timing.

    6. Reservation Deposit & Transition to Buyer

    a) Once Buyer selects a specific available puppy, a separate Reservation Deposit of $500 to $2,000 will be required to reserve that specific puppy. The exact deposit amount will be determined by Breeder based on the individual puppy's size, color, markings, quality, and other factors.
    b) Once the Reservation Deposit is placed and confirmed, Buyer's $300 Waiting List Fee will be refunded to Buyer within 3 business days.
    c) Once Buyer has placed a Reservation Deposit on a specific puppy, Buyer will be removed from the waiting list and will become a regular buyer under a separate Puppy Purchase Agreement.
    d) If Buyer declines all puppies offered in a litter or fails to respond within 48 hours of notification, Breeder will move to the next person on the waiting list and Buyer will retain their waiting list position for the next suitable litter.

    7. Health Warranty

    Buyer acknowledges that any health warranty, health guarantee, or related terms are not included in this Waiting List Agreement and will be governed by a separate Puppy Purchase Agreement / Health Warranty Agreement provided at the time of reservation.

    8. No Guarantee

    This Agreement does not guarantee the availability of a puppy that meets Buyer's exact preferences, nor does it guarantee a specific timeline for when a puppy will be available. Breeding is a natural process and outcomes cannot be guaranteed.

    9. Dispute Resolution and Jurisdiction

    In the event of any dispute, claim, or litigation arising from or related to this Agreement, Buyer and Breeder agree that all legal proceedings shall be brought exclusively in Travis County, Texas. Buyer consents to personal jurisdiction and venue in Travis County, Texas, and agrees that Texas law shall apply.

    10. Entire Agreement

    This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties regarding the waiting list. This Agreement may not be transferred or assigned by Buyer without written consent from Breeder.
