Once a litter is born, I can then make you aware. No deposit is needed, until you are ready to actually reserve a specific puppy.
You can then place a $500-$1000 nonrefundable deposit on a puppy once they hit 4-6wks of age. At the time of the deposit being placed, I must receive a copy of the deposit agreement at the same time.
If you’re interested in breeding, please make me aware in advance. 9 out of 10 of my babies are pet only, and I would need to confirm if I will allow any babies in any particular litter to go with breeding rights.
Most male puppies are priced at 2500 and up, and most female puppies are priced at $3000 and up. If you have a certain price range in mind, please make me aware in advance. I do not want you to reserve a puppy from a certain litter, only to find out the prices of those pups will be significantly higher than you were anticipating.
The deposits reserve the particular puppy we spoke about. You can change your deposit to another litter or puppy, as long as the puppy is less than 8wks old. If you decide you do not want the puppy in question after they hit 8wks old, you are acknowledging that you are forfeiting that deposit and will need to place another deposit for another puppy.
What if you are not able to get the puppy you reserved and the puppy is still less than 8 weeks old? The deposit is then transferred to another litter. The deposit/holding fee is non-refundable, only transferrable at that point. You will have 1 year from the time of cancellation to pick out another puppy. You will have a minimum of 3 other litters to choose from over that year.
We can NOT guarantee puppies will have a certain physical feature, will be a certain weight full grown, will be a certain color full grown, will have a certain built, and many other physical feature. If you are looking for something specific, your best bet is to wait until the puppies are over 6 weeks old and to place a deposit then to reserve a puppy that is not reserved.
The ONLY time a deposit is refundable, is if you reserve a certain puppy, and yet something happens to that puppy while in my care. I will then issue a full refund, or you are more than welcome to place the deposit onto another puppy or another litter.
