Baby Ruth is her mother's twin!! She looks eerily identical to her mother when her mother was the same age. She has a gorgeous extremely doll face. Wide set eyes, flat face, upturned nose, apple head, tiny ears. She's just very plump. So she would do great with someone who wants the tiny size, but not too tiny.\u00a0 \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
